Brian Sawyer, LCAM

Brian M. Sawyer - Director of Operations

Mr. Sawyer has a broad spectrum of management and leadership experience in both military and business for over 40 years. Since 2006 Mr. Sawyer has worked for Ameri-Tech Property Management as a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) both on a part and full time basis. In this capacity his responsibilities include managerial and financial operations of a variety of community associations throughout Central Florida. As the Director of Operations his responsibilities encompass all operational aspects of the Community Management Division of Ameri-Tech Companies. In this capacity all Licensed Community Association Managers (LCAMs) are under his direct supervision. His routine duties include performance and service evaluations, association board reviews, LCAM training, client and vendor assessments, and managerial and maintenance oversight of all associations.

Mr. Sawyer is a retired United States Air Force (USAF) veteran having served in a variety of locations throughout the world during his military career. Since his retirement from the military he has worked as a Deputy Division and Program Manager for companies in the Washington, DC area supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In his last position he was responsible for managing a large contract and staff that focused on upgrading operational Air Traffic equipment within the United States. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is an Adjunct Professor for their Distance Learning Department, teaching Aeronautical Science courses. Additionally he is also a Consultant for local, state, and the federal governments on aviation related initiatives.
