JUDY COLETTIS, LCAM

Judy Colettis moved to Clearwater from Baltimore Maryland in 1980.  She took an interest in floral and landscaping industry where she worked for a few years until she discovered the hospitality industry where she remained for 25 years – 20 of which were as a manager. 

Judy looked for a career change so accepted a job at Home Depot for three years before becoming self-employed performing residential and commercial cleaning.  Her experiences at both Home Depot and commercial cleaning led her to the world of Deed Restricted community living. That’s when she became acquainted with Ameri-Tech and was persuaded to consider property management.  Judy got her CAM license in 2009 and has become a valuable asset to the Ameri-Tech team.
